Nordic walking is a wonderful activity for helping improve both health and fitness. As a result you can lose some weight, (WOW walk off the weight)  improve body confidence, gait and posture. Nordic walking helps relieve back pain, reduces joint stress, improves rehabilitation and can reduce the effects of repetitive stress injuries (RSI). It does not matter how fast you walk as the sessions caters for all abilities.  Nordic Walking is an entire body workout, but it does not seem like you are working out, easy to learn, fun, sociable and natural to do.

Sessions are for one 1 hour. Max of 12 participants. The weekly sessions will teach you the skills you need to master in order to exercise at the Health and Fitness Levels.    Sessions include how to develop speed, increase exercise intensity and to develop up hill and downhill technique.
